MICHELLE BOND

With a background in theatre, hotel sales, and arts education, Michelle earned multiple credentials, including a bachelor of education, a bachelor of arts, and a certificate in criminology. During her twenties, in the face of immense personal challenges, she pursued her dream of home ownership by putting a tiny down
payment on a pre-sale condo without knowing where the balance would come from. Her story of how she started investing in real estate is a testament to perseverance, creativity, and self-belief.

Michelle’s career spans the film industry, where she works as an assistant director, location scout, and set dresser. In addition, she is the co-author of the Production Assistant Survival Guide for the Directors Guild of Canada, BC. She is now a BC-certified teacher in West Vancouver, regularly volunteering in her community and investing in boutique hotels. A passionate adventurer, Michelle values family, perseverance, and collaboration, and continues to inspire others with her unwavering determination.
