NATASHA COULTER
Natasha Coulter is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Coach who supports midlife women with ADHD in understanding the patterns that keep them stuck and moving forward in a way that works for them. With a Master of Science and nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, she integrates neuroscience, executive functioning, and practical real-life strategies to create achievable systems that make life easier for the ADHD brain.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 51, Natasha began to look back on her life with a new understanding. This shift reframed years of self-doubt while deepening her appreciation for the quiet resilience that had always been there. Looking back, the signs were always there; they were simply overlooked. This lived experience now shapes her approach, blending clinical expertise with compassion to support women in navigating ADHD challenges head-on in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
