NATASHA COULTER

Natasha Coulter is an occupational therapist, certified hypnotherapist, and life coach who supports midlife women with ADHD in understanding the patterns that keep them stuck and finding ways to move forward that work for their brain. With a Master of Science in occupational therapy and nearly twenty years of experience in health care, she integrates neuroscience, executive functioning, and practical strategy to create systems that make life genuinely easier for the ADHD brain.

After her own diagnosis at fifty-one, Natasha began reading her life backwards with new eyes. This shift reframed years of self-doubt while deepening her appreciation for the quiet resilience that had always been there.

This lived experience now shapes her approach, blending clinical expertise with compassion to support women in navigating ADHD challenges head-on in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
