Resilience is defined as the capacity to withstand and recover quickly from difficulties. It is a skill, like any other that you practice and get better at. My biggest lesson has been learning to trust myself fully, and make intuitive decisions in my business. Lisa is the owner of six Just Like Family Home Care locations throughout Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
